    Hello GODORT members,
Looking for a way to get involved in GODORT? We're coming up on a new year and we have openings in all our standing committees(https://www.ala.org/rt/godort) and are looking for volunteers. Committees are a great way of meeting new people in the round table, helping with the important work of ALA, and leaving your mark on the government information world.
If you are interested, please email Ben Aldred, Chair-Elect, at baldred2@uic.edu
Want to check out what committees are up to? Most committee meetings are open to all members of GODORT, and are an excellent way of learning more about what is going on all around the round table. Be sure to register for next week's virtual meetings and attend any that pique your interest.
    Cheers,
    Ben Aldred, Chair-Elect, GODORT
