    Hi Everyone,

Earlier this summer, I posted about the Institute of Governmental Studies (IGS) Library digitization project of CA Local Government publications when we hit the 5000th item mark.

I'm happy to share another milestone with you: a student-created video about the project and our work! Two of our students created the script, storyboard, and interview questions, and did all of the filming and editing. It's a great showcase of our UC Berkeley student assistants' hard work and deep knowledge of government information, the library, and the project. See our blog post for more details.

I hope you find it inspiring and engaging.

Please get in touch if you have any questions about the projectthe collection, or anything else related to CA local government publications.

    Best,
