Greetings from the 2022-2023 Depository Library Council,

We will celebrate 50 years of the Depository Library Council (DLC) at this year's virtual spring meeting (https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Ffdlp.gov%2Fabout%2Fevents-and-conferences%2F2023-depository-library-council-virtual-meeting&data=05%7C01%7Cjenny.groome%40CT.GOV%7C892484dd387a4bfc0a4708db1b4ba1ba%7C118b7cfaa3dd48b9b02631ff69bb738b%7C0%7C0%7C638133783878261164%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=o3AxV0eYJ9Mfk05qgrLoS1VRxaB8ecgKZJXpoj7m3k4%3D&reserved=0). We are actively seeking contact information for past Council members as we would love to hear from them about their experiences, their memories of beloved colleagues, and their thoughts about the evolution of the DLC over the past fifty years.

If you served on DLC and wish to share your experiences, please send your contact information to jen.kirk@usu.edu<mailto:jen.kirk@usu.edu> (current council member). If you know a colleague who served, please forward this message, and ask them to contact jen.kirk@usu.edu<mailto:jen.kirk@usu.edu> (current DLC council member). We will then invite folks to participate in a short survey. Contact information due by March 9.

The current DLC will document all survey responses, share them with the community, and preserve them as a record for the future.

Thank you for your consideration. Please reach out if you have any questions.

    Best,

    Jen
