A big congratulations to Jennifer Castle, who was recently announced as a member of the 2023 ALA Class of Emerging Leaders! From ALA's press release on the announcement: "The EL program is designed to enable library staff and information workers to participate in project planning work groups, network with peers, gain an inside look into ALA structure, and have an opportunity to serve the profession in a leadership capacity early in their careers." The press release links to a full list of ALA Emerging Leaders.

Jennifer Castle is currently an Instruction and Engagement Librarian at Tennessee State University in Nashville, TN and is active in GODORT, serving as DttP Editor and a member of the Government Information for Children (GIC) committee.

A big thank you also to GODORT's Award Committee for reviewing applications and awarding the GODORT EL sponsorship to Jennifer!
