This week's FDLP/DLC virtual meetings featured a number of GODORT members in sessions and as current members of DLC. During his opening remarks, GPO Director Halpern announced the newest appointments to the Depository Library Council (DLC), which is weighted heavily with active GODORT members.

Join me in congratulating Kelly Smith, Hayley Johnson, Amy Laub-Caroll, and Susanne Caro on their appointments to DLC. Congratulations to  Rick Mikulski on his reappointment to DLC.  This group will be joined by Robert Mead from the Washington State Law Library.

I have no doubt your contributions to DLC will be strong. Your GODORT colleagues look forward to hearing updates regarding your work on DLC.

    Congratulations to you all!!

I am delighted to welcome everyone to the Council and excited to work with each one!  I think each one of the new class are exceptionally talented and will help us with some of the complex issues from the questions around an all-digital FLDP to the needs of those uniquely & underserved populations to new technologies.  I send hearty congratulations to Amy, Hayley, Kelly, Rick, Rob, and Susanne!

    Warmly,

    Aimée
