Using 2 classes based on these topics as cases studies, presenters Chelsea Nesvig (Research and Instruction Librarian for Global and Policy Studies at the University of Washington at Bothell and Cascadia College) and Nadine Hoffman (Natural Resources, Energy & Environmental Law and History Librarian at the University of Calgary) will discuss the history of and how they became involved in these courses, how they engage students and faculty, share instructional techniques and identify a variety of Human Rights and Climate Change resources and searches that you can use in LibGuides, at the Reference Desk or in your own Information Literacy sessions.
