For Steering: Bylaws Review

A friendly reminder (since Sharalyn has all ready done so)...

If your committee needs a revision to their Bylaws, please start planning your revision. If you can alert me to know that something is coming via email or response to this post, it would be nice to have before I leave for ALA (6/24), but I plan on accessing Connect and email both while at the conference.

The Bylaws Chair is to bring revisions to Steering II as part of Old Business. I would need the revised text and a rationale explaining the change in order to present and answer questions. If Steering approves, this goes forward to be on the next ALA ballot. You can see past revisions and rationales on the current Bylaws page.

Current Bylaws are on the wiki at http://wikis.ala.org/godort/index.php/GODORT_Bylaws
