The mission of the Government Documents Round Table (GODORT) is to (1) To provide a forum for discussion of problems, concerns, and for exchange of ideas by librarians working with government documents; (2) to provide a force for initiating and supporting programs to increase availability, use, and bibliographic control of documents; (3) to increase communication between documents librarians and other librarians; (4) to contribute to the extension and improvement of education and training of documents librarians.

    Greetings,

     

    The Technical Report Archive and Image Library (TRAIL) periodically offers an information/orientation session for individuals who are at institutions that are NOT currently members of TRAIL but who are interested in TRAIL and who would like to know more about us, our current activities, and how to access digitized technical reports made available through the efforts of TRAIL and our digitization partners.

     

    We will be offering two identical sessions later this month, one on

     

    Thursday, April 28th at 3:00 ET, 2:00 CT, 1:00 MT, and noon PT,

     

    and a second the next day, on

     

    Friday, April 29th at 12:30 ET, 11:30 CT, 10:30 MT, and 9:30 PT.

     

    Both sessions are scheduled for 90 minutes but likely won't last that long.  We anticipate almost an hour of content presentation, followed by Q&A.
