Problem reserving room at Midwinter 2012 GODORT hotel

  • 1.  Problem reserving room at Midwinter 2012 GODORT hotel

When registering for Midwinter Dallas, someone was told the GODORT hotel, the Aloft, had no vacancies.  When I heard this, I registered but was able to reserve a room at the Aloft with no problem. I identified myself as a member of GODORT on the screen that lists activities and budget responsibilities, etc., and the Aloft was the only choice I had for hotels.  If you have a problem reserving a room, please call the conference number listed as an alternative to online registration. That worked for the person in question.  There should be more than enough rooms reserved for GODORT.

    Thanks,
    Linda
