For those of you who read GovDocL, please excuse the duplication.

Experient sent the following information about room registration at Midwinter for GODORT's reservations at the  ALOFT Hotel

    • Housing/Registration is currently open for Bundled Registration ONLY. This means that only attendees that are purchasing both ALA Midwinter and ALA Annual at the same time may book on this date.  Otherwise, if they only want to register for ALA Midwinter Only, they will have to wait until the General opening date of Monday, October 3rd.
    • Attendees must register via online at http://www.ala.org/midwinter or fax or mail.  Registrations cannot be taken over the phone.   Please instruct your group when registering online to select the GODORT demographic under the header  “  Please advise if you are registering as a member of one of the following groups”.   Once they select GODORT it will direct them to your hotel block.

    Thanks,
