The mission of the Government Documents Round Table (GODORT) is to (1) To provide a forum for discussion of problems, concerns, and for exchange of ideas by librarians working with government documents; (2) to provide a force for initiating and supporting programs to increase availability, use, and bibliographic control of documents; (3) to increase communication between documents librarians and other librarians; (4) to contribute to the extension and improvement of education and training of documents librarians.

    Hello everyone,


    The GODORT Exchange (formerly the Handout Exchange) has been enhanced with a
    new introductory guide of librarian created Helpful Sites.

    The goal of this GODORT Education Committee project is to provide access to
    government information librarian created content in one place to assist with
    the successful management of government information.

    Have a resource you created that you think would benefit other librarians?  Of course you do!  Share it in the Exchange’s Browse Content section so we can all save time and work smarter.  Add your content directly to the wiki or contact the Education Committee for assistance with upload.  Thanks so much for all of your contributions.
