Question: What are some of the best things to do when in Philadelphia for ALA Midwinter 2020?

Answer: See the Liberty Bell? Take a tour of Independence Hall, which is right next door?  Get a photo of you with Rocky near the Philadelphia Museum of Art? Find a good cheesesteak at the Reading Terminal Market? Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes

Also, there's the less-known but no less enjoyable treat, the TRAIL (Technical Report Archive & Image Library) Information and Update session, which will run from 1:00 - 2:00 pm on Saturday, January 25, 2020 in meeting room 104-AB of the Pennsylvania Convention Center.  No cheesesteaks (well, not unless you bring your own), but lots of good info about what TRAIL has been up to, as well as news about the new major project TRAIL is just starting.
