Hi,
I've attached the spreadsheet I use to select board games. It allows me to enter different vendors and the prices they offer for various board games. Then it shows me the vendor with the best price for each game and arranges the details on separate tabs for each vendor, so purchase orders can be created. If a vendor has fewer games than I would like to purchase, I create a second line for the same game but with the next best prices. In the attached spreadsheet, Operation Pet Scan is an example of this kludge. The three letter codes in the tabs are NLPL locations, but library names can be used as well if the tab text and the order quantity headers in the 'Products' tab remain the same.
