As part of the GameRT monthly webinar series, I will be organizing a Let's Play/Learn to Play game night in September for GameRT members (probably a Friday night, but we can flex it if needed).  The intent is to share some free gaming resources for both Magic the Gathering (tabletop card game) and Magic the Gathering Arena (online card game) and teach participants how to play and run an MTG event at their library.  I'd like to stream it on our Twitch channel, our Facebook group, and over Zoom.

I'm looking for 1-2 people who would be interested in participating.  If you are interested, please reply to this thread with your full name and email and little bit about your knowledge of MTG and I will plan on starting to work on the presentation within the next two weeks and send out some emails to get started.

    Hi Dan,
My name is Justine Sprenger and I first started playing MTG back in 2006. I stopped playing after Gatecrash but started up again this past year on MTGA.
I am interested in participating if you are still looking for people.

    Hi Dan,
I'd like to learn more about your proposed Learn to Play night for MTG. I've been playing and collecting cards for several years. I've never participated in Arena, but thinking about getting into it.

    Hello Michael!

I've played paper Magic off and on since about 1996/97 and currently play MtG Arena on an almost daily basis to get all the free resources I can.  I'd be happy to help you with it if you'd like.  My Arena username is Vulcan_IDIC#60212, feel free to add me!
