Annual is fast approaching and the gears are in motion for our yearly ALA Play event. Sadly, I won't be able to attend so there is some gaps that could use filling. I normaly get there early, help set up and help teach the board games in the game library during the event. If there are some volunteers that would like to help with setup and teaching a few games, I think 3 or 4 people should be good to cover that. I can let you know what games we have in the library so you can familiarize yourself with the rules prior to the event.

We would also very much like to welcome people who would like to run an event. Maybe you have a game you would like to bring and teach, we can have scheduled times for play throughout the evening. Or if you have a more unique or larger scale group/social event you would like to run (i.e. werewolf or a large Wits and Wagers event). Let me know so we can work that into the event as well.

    Thanks GameRT!

What day? I wouldn't mind helping out. I just have a full day program I have to attend on the Friday of ALA.

Thanks so much for the offer of help. The basics we need are Game Guru's as well as help with set-up/breakdown, which really just consists of setting up ALA's games on the tables and boxing them up at the end of the night.

Beyond that, if there are any events or games you would like to run/facilitate, please let me know.

    Thanks!
