Extra Life is a 24-hour gaming marathon to fund pediatric cancer research and treatment.

Kanada's Kids is seeking team members and/or sponsors:

Dedicated "in memoriam" donations, named tributes, weekly payments, and corporate matching gifts are all welcomed and processed by the Texas Children's Hospital on behalf of its Children's Cancer Center.

An ALA group gift/sponsorship would be greatly appreciated and would go a long way towards helping to meet the very modest goal of 500$. Donations will be accepted and tallied up to 31st October.

We will be highighting NanoMedicine and NanoSciences gaming modules, including Re-Mission by HopeLab.

Especial appreciation to HopeLab for its enthusiastic encouragement of my participation in the marathon, and for its graciously generous offer to distribute the Re-Mission games to 3 hospitals of my choice: Texas Children's Hospital Cancer Center, Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, and the Dana-Farber/Harvard Cancer Center.  Kindly thanking you...!
