Anglo-American Cataloguing Rules Fund Trustees

The trustees administer the AACR Fund, which consists of royalties from the sale of authorized AACR materials and generated interest income. The trustees discharge their function in such a way as to maximize accrual within the Fund, advise the Principals on appropriate uses of the Fund, and report signifi cant developments arising in the administration of the Fund to the Principals. It is comprised of representatives from the three associations.


LLAMA / YALSA Teen Space Guidelines Task Force

To work jointly with LLAMA to create guidelines that will be helpful for all libraries, but with a particular focus on public libraries, to use when enhancing, designing or building teen areas. Anglo-American Cataloguing Rules Committee of Principals

The publication of the Anglo-American Cataloguing Rules (AACR) is governed by the Committee of Principals, which coordinates three subordinate groups: the Co-Publishers of AACR, the Joint Steering Committee for the Revision of AACR, and the AACR Fund Trustees. The AACR Committee of Principals is responsible for all policies and programs relating to the Anglo-American Cataloguing Rules, the publications of revisions and new editions, and the affairs of its subordinate bodies.


Joint Steering Committee for Revision of Anglo-American Cataloguing Rules

Responsible for reviewing the need for revisions and consolidations of AACR; preparing the text of any such revisions and revised or consolidated editions and submitting them to the three Associations for publication; and advising the Committee of Principals on programs and activities appropriate for the receipt of fi nancial support from the Anglo-American Cataloguing Rules Fund.


Interdivisional Committee on Information Literacy AASL / ACRL
