IRRT Free Links

Our project is to identify and select free web-based tutorials & professional development information for librarians in other countries to access via the Internet. The project will help international librarians stay current with library information and trends in the United States and elsewhere. The intended audience is librarians or library staff members who do not have the funds to travel to conferences or regular access to professional development resources in their own countries and want to advance their skills in emerging areas.
