My name is Susan Stanko and I am a Reference Librarian at the Chicago Heights Public Library. I am looking to move back to Wisconsin. I'm not the at picky about what department I end up in. I have attached both my Resume and Cover Letter. I would like suggestions on how to improve one or both. Thanks.

I am a recent MLIS graduate (August 2008) and am trying to get my foot in the door as a cataloger. I've been working as a paraprofessional reference clerk in a public library for the past 3 years. I don't have much experience, but I learn quickly!

The Career Connections community is an initiative of Jim Rettig's presidential year. Its main purpose is to provide ALA members with an opportunity to have their resume/cv reviewed by colleagues and peers. The differences between this community and NMRT's resume review service are the following:

1. NMRT's email service is only available to NMRT members. Career Connections is available to all ALA members.
