LLAMA Webinar explores how to sustain change after the excitement wears off
Change management is more than just a buzzword in libraries these days. For many library leaders it has become a way of life requiring not only the ability to create change, but the ability to sustain a culture of innovation and change long-term. The Library Leadership and Management Association (LLAMA) will present “Are we there yet? How to Keep Organizational Momentum Going After the Excitement of Change Is Over,” on Wed., Mar. 22, at 1:30 – 3:00 pm (Central time). This webinar will provide practical information about the day to day decision making and concrete activities required to achieve and sustain organizational change.
By the end of this webinar, participants will learn:
- How to continue fostering internal change management after the organization has "changed"
- How to build partnerships outside the library that are vital for leveraging institutional resources and collaborative opportunities

- How to measure the impact of this work
