- Tactic 2.1: MSC will coordinate a panel at ALA Annual that will educate the library community by bringing agencies, organizations and groups together in a panel to discuss pressing metadata issues.
- Tactic 2.2: MSC will communicate with the metadata community by having a profile published on the ALCTS site
- Tactic 2.3: MSC will establish liaison/reporting relationships with key groups
- Task: Talk more about next steps with this; specifically with Metadata interest group.
- Tactic 2.4: MSC will work to connect with LITA and ALCTS leadership and planning.
- FY2018 potential work tasks or ALA Annual topics
- Write articles out of data gathering / ALA

- Docs.lita.org?
- Just use connect?
- We should think about the issue of being a joint group; especially if there is a merger of sponsoring groups.
