ALA Connect User logins are disabled for a temporary "gray-out" period, to prevent new posts while we upgrade into the New Connect. This gray-out period will begin on March 26th, and the new site will be launched on April 25th.

Users can use Search to view public content. Logins will be reinstated and users can create new posts, upload files, etc. post launch.

Discussion YALSA Midwinter Paper Presentations

The YALSA Midwinter Paper Presentation Committee seeks research papers from educators, library staff, graduate students, and others interested in libraries, learning and teens.  Papers must explore a topic of current interest that relates to one of the five priority areas in YALSA's Research Agenda. The winning paper will be delivered at the 2018 ALA Midwinter Meeting in Denver, Feb.

The YALSA Midwinter Paper Presentation Committee seeks research papers from educators, library staff, graduate students, and others interested in libraries, learning and teens.  Papers must explore a topic of current interest that relates to one of the five priority areas in YALSA's Research Agenda. The winning paper will be delivered at the 2018 ALA Midwinter Meeting in Denver, Feb. 9-12, and published in YALSA’s peer-reviewed Journal of Research on Libraries and Young Adults. The recipient will also receive up to $1,500 to defray travel costs to the conference.
