In 2012 a team at the University of Houston Libraries conducted an extensive analysis of their discovery system, as well as competing systems on the market.  As a result the team recommended an alternative discovery solution which they are currently in the process of implementing.  Kelsey Brett, the Discovery Systems Librarian at University of Houston Libraries, will share the methods the team used to collect data about the discovery products, how they determined priorities for discovery, and how they analyzed the data to come to a conclusion.  She will also discuss the UH Libraries current discovery implementation and their future goals for library discovery.
