The strength of any organization is the people behind it. EMIERT just celebrated its 35th Anniversary and has a long history within ALA. EMIERT is looking for new leadership to meet the needs of today's diverse library communities. New technologies, new access points, and new resources need to be shared with library professionals to ensure that every member in our global society has access to a full range of library and information services.
