ALA and E-books: Prospects and Directions for 2013

How is ALA addressing the challenges with e-books? Sari Feldman (Cuyahoga County Public Library), Bob Wolven (Columbia University), and Alan Inouye (ALA OITP) discuss the work of the Digital Content Working Group – from reports produced to discussions with publishers in New York and more. Policy strategies and priorities for 2013 will be illuminated through a panel (to be announced) of leading experts and practitioners from the e-book publishing ecosystem.
