What happens if no one attends our workshops. I'm panicking the 1st one is a week away with 0 registered.

My plan is to keep running them until I hopefully hit the right numbers.  If need be I'll ask about switching out which classes I was going to do from the approved ones but try to keep the same demographics.  Part of our general idea for the grant was helping 65+ get better with technology, and I've already got the Android and iOS classes lined up (in my head) as a backup to do after Christmas if need be, after people have gotten new devices for Christmas.

We will review time slot, try a dot poll on subjects, advertise at local senior housing and hope we hit our mark. I'm having some push back on technology from Town Administrator and wonder if I should talk to someone on Grant crew.

We scheduled ~4 a week each week in November, but we're also reaching out to our local senior residences to offer Tablet Basics & Cybersecurity

Kristin,  you're not alone in the panic!  I printed out flyers and am putting them up at our post offices, senior center, and I've emailed it to surrounding libraries to support us in getting the word out.  We're sending the press release to our local newspaper and radio station to get a free on-air/in-print story-- hopefully that gets us people who wouldn't otherwise come into the library.  Good luck and let us know how your first week goes!  (My first series is in mid-October)
