    The June 2022 issue of the IFLA Metadata Newsletter is now available at https://repository.ifla.org/bitstream/123456789/1976/1/IFLA_Metadata_Newsletter_June_2022.pdf. Published twice a year, the Newsletter is a joint production of the IFLA Bibliography, Cataloguing, and Subject Analysis and Access Sections. 

    Featured in the June 2022 issue are a report on an important upgrade to the RDA Registry and an interview by Bibliography Section member Kazue Murakami of her National Diet Library, Japan, colleague Miki Yamaguchi, who is a new member of the Cataloguing Section.

    There are reports on numerous meetings including those of the American Library Association Core Subject Analysis Committee in January 2022, the Dewey Editorial Policy Committee in June 2022, the Permanent UNIMARC Committee in January 2022, and the RDA Steering Committee in January and April 2022.

    The issue is also packed with news about FAST, ISSN, and the 2021 Update to the ISBD Consolidated Edition, as well as updates and reports from Belgium, Library and Archives Canada, China, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, Mauritius, Russia, Spain, Sweden, and the United States Library of Congress
