Hi All,
I am still very nervous speaking in front of Council (or for that matter, in front of people). I remind myself that we are all serving on Council, because we care about libraries and the people we serve through our libraries. We are colleagues.
I will be attending the ALA Council Orientation on Saturday, June 25 starting at 9 am in the MM Liberty Ballroom. I will get there a little early and hope to "reintroduce" myself after two years of virtual meetings. I will also be serving on Council for three more years, as a member of the Executive Board. Thank you for your confidence in me.
Following the Council Orientation, is the ALA Membership and Information meeting from 10-11:30 am (same room as the Council Orientation and Council Meetings).
