    Reporting to the Director of Library Operations, this position will lead the integration of regular assessment practices into the culture of the organization, ensuring shared actions toward strategic goals related to library operations, user needs, and employee engagement. The Assessment and Engagement Librarian actively plans, develops, and implements library-wide assessment programs and initiatives that enable continuous review, evaluation, and improvement of programs and services.
