Join us on Wednesday, September 28 to get the latest in higher ed public policy.

The Public Policy Pop-Up returns with the latest updates in higher education after the start of the fall semester and Congress's return from summer recess. Join Terry W. Hartle and Jon Fansmith from ACE's government relations team for a look at what Congress will-and won't-get done this fall as the midterm elections approach.

Will Congress be able to get an appropriations bill across the finish line, and what's happening with the National Defense Authorization Act? We'll also look at the upcoming Supreme Court hearing on diversity in admissions at Harvard University and The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as the status of all the regulations-DACA, Title IX, Title IV-that are in the pipeline. We will be taking your questions live.
