    Dear Colleagues: We are one week away from the deadline for nominations for the ALA 2023 offices of President-Elect/President and Councilors-at-Large.


    The term for President-Elect is 2023-24, President, 2024-25, and immediate past president, 2025-26.


    Councilors-at-Large will serve a three year term that will begin after the 2023 ALA Annual Conference and end following the 2026 Annual Conference.


    Nominations can be submitted to any member of the ALA 2023 Nominations Committee.


    Interested candidates should complete the biography form by September 30, 2022 - https://officers.directnominations.net/.

    The elections will take place March 13 - April 5, 2023
