    Good afternoon, 

    The ACRL Chapters Council is seeking nominations for the role of Vice- Chair and Secretary. for the upcoming 2022-2023 academic year. Elections will take place on Friday, June 24th at 8:30-10AM at the ALA 2022 Conference in Washington DC.

    The Vice-Chair/Chair-Elect and Secretary are elected by the Chapters Council at its meetings during the Annual Conference, the choice being made from among the Chapters Council delegates. The Council Vice-Chair/Chair-Elect serves as Chair during his/her second year on the Council, and as Past Chair during his/her third year.

    Chapters Council meets at the ALA Annual Conference and Midwinter Meeting, holding both a Council meeting and a work session. More information concerning the roles and responsibilities can be found here: https://www.ala.org/acrl/resources/policies/chapter5
