This leadership position will be of interest to community members engaged with research and assessment, particularly in the area of organizational development.
This new role is for the leader of our program area about and for memory/collecting organizations, like libraries, museums, and archives. This program area focuses on all the work necessary for organizational success -- both organizational leadership and strategy as well as talent and climate. We have substantial pillars of work in this program area both about DEIA and anti-racism as well as about the "business" of memory organizations.
The individual selected for this position will have the opportunity to lead a team that currently includes five analysts and that can grow substantially as new needs are identified. The position can be based in one of our offices in New York City, Ann Arbor, or Princeton, or work remotely. A full job description is available here:
