    Dear ACRL Board,

I hope your week is going well. Attached to this post is an updated packet for your June Board meetings. New documents are indicated in blue in the Document Inventory on pages 11-13.

The Board I meeting on June 23 will welcome guests from the remaining goal-area committee chairs that we did not hear from during Board Update. On June 23, you will also hear from ALA Treasurer & ALA Executive Board Liaison Maggie Farrell. In addition to updates on recent activities, the Board will have an opportunity to ask guests questions to better understand how activities may impact the profession and members.

For the Board II meeting on June 30, there will be a continuation of the Funding for the Future discussion that was held previously at Board Update. The Board II discussion will delve deeper into the FY22 budget with a review of major expenses. To prepare for this portion of the meeting, you may want to closely review the FY22 budget overview (Doc 7.0) and Board discussion questions (Doc 13.0). The ACRL Budget and Finance Committee will be holding a similar discussion during their upcoming June meeting. Also during Board II will be part II of the Board's Priority Setting discussion. Karen Brown will return to lead this portion of the meeting, and a summary of Priority Setting: Part I and discussion questions can be found in Doc 12.0.

Look forward to seeing you next week!

    Best,
    Allison
