    Library User Experience community,

We are part of the DLF AIG UX working group, and we are conducting a research study to determine the effect that the 2020 pandemic had on UX work in libraries. We are reaching out for your assistance in conducting this research.

For this study, we are looking for user experience (UX) professionals in libraries who were active in UX work during the 2020 COVID pandemic. We are including an information sheet that provides more details about this research. You will be asked to fill out a survey that will ask you questions about your UX work in 2020.

Your participation is completely voluntary, and you can stop at any point in the survey. Subjects will have a chance to sign up for a chance to receive a $20 gift card. If you feel that you could participate in this study, please fill out the survey here https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/T9YTMCN.

You may also contact the Human Research Protection Program at Texas Tech University for any questions regarding the rights of participants. Their phone number is (806)-742-2064, and their email is hrpp@ttu.edu. We are truly grateful for your time and consideration in helping me conduct this research. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Thank you,

    Joy M. Perrin, joy.m.perrin@ttu.edu
