It depends. The cheapest may be the best if you have a small budget. Better question might what features do you like in a chat platform? Like reports, multiple people being on at once, easy hand offs, or ability to email chats. Eager see what you learn. Jennifer

Hi Lessa, When putting out the announcement be careful.  Unless ALL of the ALA members voted "93.8% of ALA membership voted in favor to adopt the ALA Bylaws Revision." is wrong.  You should say that "93.8% of ALA members who voted are in favor to adopt the ALA Bylaws Revision."  ------------------------------ ...
