I work full-time as the technology manager for a large public library. My computer background has been a great benefit for implementing software and hardware changes at the library and for looking into new services we can offer our patrons.
I am neither the John Klima that writes about baseball nor the artist. We often get confused for each other.
I published the Hugo-Award-winning speculative-fiction zine called Electric Velocipede from 2001-2013. The magazine also received four World Fantasy Award nominations, had one story make the Tiptree Award honor list, as well as having several stories appear in different Year's Best anthologies.
Additionally, I've had the incredible experience of editing several science fiction and fantasy anthologies (one original stories, one reprints). I'm expanding the amount of writing I do but also trying to keep a finger in editing.
