stable funding

We have created a trauma-Iinformed library transformation project in a municipal public library that has been very successful. It was funded through a grant, but now it needs to be institutionalized with stable funding (not living grant to grant). Can anyone share their strategy for doing this--ways you approached local government, the library board, whatever...?
    Thanks!

    Hi Anna,

Are you looking for specific language or just examples of how libraries were able to continue their Social Worker programs after the end of a grant?

    Thanks!

You may want to talk with the social workers at Denver Public Library to learn how they approached this problem--and succeeded there.

    Hello all,

I was hoping to hear from someone with better experience than what we've done at Denver PL, however feel free to reach out to me directly!

    Thanks,

Oh, Elissa, don't sell yourself short!  I even know someone who used to work in your system, and your accomplishments inspire us.
