Project Outcome (www.projectoutcome.org) helps public libraries understand and share the impact of essential library services and programs. It is designed to give libraries simple tools and supportive resources to help turn better data into better libraries. This community is for Project Outcome users at public libraries to discuss their use of outcome measurement, ask each other about patron engagement strategies, and further the thoughts and conversations that begin with projectoutcome.org. Here, you can find various threads to ask and answer questions, start your own conversations, or further your own learning about how libraries are using outcome measurement to improve their patron-focused programs and services.

Issue Resolution: Generating QR Code Images for Surveys

    Hello All!

We've had a couple of users report that they are unable to create QR Code images to share with patrons to access their Project Outcome surveys. It appears this issue is unique to the Chrome browser - QR code files can successfully be generated using Firefox or Edge. Our developers are currently working on a new JavaScript method that can be supported by Chrome, but until that has been deployed, we encourage you to use a different browser if you need to generate QR codes for your surveys.

Additional questions? Please share here or email us at info@projectoutcome.org.

    All the best,
    Katina
