We will also have live and in-person Paolo Melillo, Branch Manager of the Orange County Library System to talk about their library promotion and marketing program using iBeacon technology (see his article in Marketing Library Services from Information Today:“Promoting With iBeacon Technology: A Virtual Tap on the Shoulder”). Last, but not least, Nadine Nance, Access Services Coordinator at the Warren Library of Palm Beach Atlantic University will share her experience where in 2014 her library embarked upon a journey to build a fun, productive, and truly exciting experience for library staff that resulted in a more user-friendly library for their patrons.
