we talked about the phonegap framework <http://phonegap.com/> some at midwinter and I wanted to share a proof of concept with you all. basically I had a web-based iPhone app put together with Dashcode and then used the phonegap tool to get it running in Xcode, and finally had the app submitted to the iTunes app store this weekend and it was just approved today:
