Looking for Volunteers for LHS XV

    The Library History Seminar XV is scheduled for Dec. 3-5, 2026 and the  proposals are in the hands of the peer reviewers!

    This is a virtual conference and we need additional volunteers for the Logistics and Budget Committee.  

    The duties of the committee are: 

    • Determine timeline for acquiring, configuring hosting software

    • Recruit volunteers to do tech support

    • Administer the registration process

    • Tech troubleshooting during conference

    • Working with Logistics Committee, determine the costs of running the conference

    • Working with Steering Committee, recommend whether conference registration should include a fee

    • Liaise with the LHRT Secretary/Treasurer to authorize any payments required to vendors

    • Liaise with the LHRT Secretary/Treasurer to authorize deposits of any income
