The Intellectual Freedom Round Table (IFRT) provides a forum for the discussion of activities, programs, and problems in intellectual freedom of libraries and librarians.

The IFRT Members Community group is the central hub for discussion, library and events. It is visible to all ALA members but only IFRT members can participate in the conversation.

    Hello,

    The IFRT Executive Committee is meeting Thursday, September 17, at 3:30pm Central.

    IFRT Executive Committee Meetings include the officers, directors-at-large, and committee chairs of the Intellectual Freedom Round Table. The Executive Committee provides oversight of round table business, discuss and plan events and initiatives, and vote on formal decisions. 

    The agenda is posted in the Connect library. IFRT members are welcome to attend to observe the meeting. Advance registration is required at this link.
