The Intellectual Freedom Round Table (IFRT) provides a forum for the discussion of activities, programs, and problems in intellectual freedom of libraries and librarians.

The IFRT Members Community group is the central hub for discussion, library and events. It is visible to all ALA members but only IFRT members can participate in the conversation.

    The 2022 ALA/IFRT election will close on April 6, 2022, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time. We encourage you to cast your ballot today!

     

    Voting in the ALA/IFRT election opened March 14, with members receiving an email announcement between March 14-16 containing voting instructions. Didn't receive the email? Please contact ALA Membership Relations and Services at 1-800-545-2433 or customerservice@ala.org.

     

    As of April 1, 21.5% of IFRT members have completed their vote. Celebrate National Library Workers Day by using your voice and voting for the future leaders of ALA and IFRT. Please vote #ALAelection
