The Intellectual Freedom Round Table (IFRT) provides a forum for the discussion of activities, programs, and problems in intellectual freedom of libraries and librarians.

The IFRT Members Community group is the central hub for discussion, library and events. It is visible to all ALA members but only IFRT members can participate in the conversation.

    Library Freedom Project is pleased to present a free, five-part virtual series on Health Literacy & Privacy in a Pandemic World.  This series is offered in partnership with the Cherry Hill Public Library, the Chinese American Librarians Association, and the Network of the National Library of Medicine.  The first session begins on March 5 at 1 PM Eastern Time, and ends on April 2.

    This five-part webinar series focuses on issues surrounding health literacy and privacy.  Each webinar will provide quality information that librarians can use to better serve their patrons.  All webinars are free and open to library workers of all types.  Please register for each webinar separately.
