Greetings, I'm working on a program for library staff focused on patron privacy and how/if issues have changed during the pandemic.  I will be covering issues like wellness calls, COVID screening/masking/vaccination, assuring privacy in contactless pick up, etc.  I'm also interested in any privacy oriented guidelines or tips you provide to patrons who participate in your virtual programs or services.

I'd love to know if any of you have made changes to your privacy practices or adopted new policies/practices  due to the pandemic over the last year or so, and what impact those changes have had on your local commitment to patron privacy.

    Thank you.
