Hi,
All that you need to do is
register and play a game the week of IGW. When you register you will be able to add your library to the donation pot to hopefully win a game! Our sponsoring game companies will send all of the winners their games in October. The
IGW page includes promotional materials and links to posters that you can use to promote your event. We hope to have our library names ready to send out to our sponsors by the end of August so register now so you don't miss out on free games.
Donations that didn't make it onto the registration form will be run through the blog. You'll be able to input your library info there to receive a donation so keep an eye on the
Games in Libraries blog, the
League of Librarian Gamers Facebook, or the
IGW Facebook for any new IGW information.
Thanks,
IGW Committee

Subject: International Games Week 2019 Registration is open!
We're thinking about joining in for IGW here, but I'd like to know more. Do we need to make a donation? Or is it that we get donations from sponsors who sign up? Is there somewhere you can point me with more information about how this works?
Thank you!
Krista
