  • 1.  Rio Grande Games will supply some games and swag for ALAPLAY

I sent out emails to games publishers about supplying swag/games/promotional material for ALAplay in Vegas. Rio Grande Games agreed to send some games to play and demo for attendees. They prefer to send directly to Vegas once an address is supplied.

I still have a few publishers pending

    • Dice Hate Me Games

    • Fantasy Flight Games

    • Plaid Hat Games

    • Ravensburger (I am hoping they send copies of Las Vegas for giveaways!)

    • Asmodee

    • Days of Wonder (maybe promoting their 10th anniversary Ticket to Ride edition)

    • Game-o-Gami (actually from Las Vegas)

And plan on talking to the following

    • Crash Games

    • Gamelyn Games

    • Steve Jackson Games

    Cheers,

    John

Does someone want to get in touch with Konami? They are interested in getting in touch with libraries.  (See this post on this board.)

Anyone who is chatting with folks, it would be great to get some of these companies on board for IGD sponsorship. We are pretty good for this year (4 definite and 3 possible donors), but if you wanted to put a bug in their ear to contact me that would be fabulous.

I love several Rio Grande, Days of Wonder, Asmodee, and Fantasy Flight Games... and they are played and enjoyed at my library's game days... so yea it would be swell.

No pressure, but if they are interested in getting more information about what would be involved with IGD you can give them my email: teresa.slobuski@sjsu.edu.

    Cheers,

    Teresa
