    The Graphic Novels and Comics Round Table (GNCRT) of the American Library Association is dedicated to supporting library staff in all aspects of engaging with graphic novels and comics, including collection development, programming, conference travel funding support, and advocacy. In 2022 in response to the record number of comic book and graphic novel challenges and bans the GNCRT launched the Addressing Comic Book Challenges Committee to better support library workers to prepare for and address comic book bans and challenges.
