We are more than a month away from the 2023 Annual Conference in Chicago, IL! I am pleased to share the DRAFT Council Agendas that are now posted here: www.ala.org/aboutala/... and attached to this message. Council documents will be posted starting the week of June 5th.

Please note the meetings below are recommended or required:

• ALA Membership Meeting & Information Session, 10:00 - 12:00 p.m. Council Attendance Strongly Recommended
• ALA Council I Meeting, 2:30 - 5:00 p.m. Click here to register. (you only need to register once for all Council Meetings) Council Attendance Required

Sunday, June 25, 2023

• ALA Council II Meeting, 9:00 - 11:30 a.m. Click here to register. (you only need to register once for all Council Meetings) Council Attendance Required

Monday, June 26, 2023

• ALA Council III Meeting, 9:00 - 12:00 p.m. Click here to register. (you only need to register once for all Council Meetings) Council Attendance Required

Reminder: All Councilors who plan to attend in person will need to register for Annual Conference Full Access, while Councilors who plan to participate virtually should register for the Digital Experience and register for the Zoom webinar. Members who are not Councilors and wish to observe ALA governance meetings do not need to register for Annual Conference, but need to register for the Zoom webinar.

Eligible Councilors will receive a separate e-mail containing their voting credentials. Council agendas and documents can be found on the ALA Council Website once available.  After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar and an option to add the webinar to your calendar. If you are unable to attend the Council meeting, please email ALA Governance governance@ala.org of your absence.
